Her video presentation wasn't hokey or corney but she also didn't just stand there and read a script either. How many of you feel that these local Real Estate channels are worthwhile from a marketing standpoint? I would speculate that it depends quite a bit on the quality of each stations production etc. But from a general sense. I'd be curious to hear what the rest of you evaluate on this!
