No and I apologize if I gave that impression.
The problem with the old images (released a few months back) was they expire 1 Nov 2007. The expiration wasn't a real problem - the problem was the accompanying documentation incorrectly stated the images were valid through 15 Mar 2008.
The updated images correct this early expiration air. So far as I experience the new images discontinue 15 Mar 2007.
One thing to say: change surface when they do discontinue you can still work with the VPCs. The VPC simply nags you when you log in - letting you experience you undergo an hour to complete your work. My understanding is it shuts down every hour but I have not verified this.
You could conceivably start the VPC every hour and act working in this limited fashion but it doesn't sound like any fun. :|
Doh! Yes that's what I meant. I'm not sure that's when they expire. I know that's when the previous VPCs were supposed to expire.
